I am the mother of six adult children who keep me on my toes and the doting Gran to my granddaughter and grandson.

I am blessed with an outgoing and confident personality and working as a celebrant utilises these gifts beautifully.

Get to know me more, before I deliver your service
I would like to introduce myself and to tell you a little about what led me to become a celebrant.
I recognised a long time ago that I had been gifted with the ability to address a large audience, whether at a Burns Supper, making the reply to the Laddies, as MC at the Darvel Music Festival delivering presentations in a professional capacity.

After gaining more public speaking experience, I realised that I want to use this natural talent to offer a service for all your special life events. I like the role of Celebrant because it allows me to include words that speak of your faith or design a completely secular service for you. These special occasions are among the most important days of our lives, and it is my pleasure to play my part in bringing your vision for that day to life.
I love putting words together to tell a story. I can incorporate humour when hosting weddings. Other events such as delivering funerals require great sensitivity. I will be there as a facilitator and coordinator to carry people through the proceedings, but the event is not about me. It is about you, your family and friends and what you want to bring to the occasion.
